Holiday Randomness
Here is my first attempt at muffin baking! Wheeee… presenting some double chocolate muffins. (It’s double because I couldn’t be bothered buying white chocolate!)
They taste a bit flour-y, but this just goes to show – I can follow instructions! WOOO.
On another random note, I feel it’s a bit wrong for men to wear their boots tucked into their jeans. When I was randomly surfing YouTube, I found this video of Alan Luo (aka Xiao Zhu) & Dylan Kuo. Apart from the fact that Xiao Zhu impersonating Aaron Kwok is really funny, AND Dylan Kuo is quite good looking (but he can’t sing, so life is fair) – but Dylan’s look, arrrggghhh. Those gumboots (?) are just hideous!
Ah, but was it baked from scratch, or was it a shake and bake?
hmm, I would classify it “baked from scratch” – even though I only had to throw all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them together
But I didn’t use those packet mixes!
